• When you purchase a course, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course content for your own individual use.
• Course access described as “access for as long as the course is hosted” means for as long as we continue to operate the course, and does not guarantee any specific period of time.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• We may add, update, or retire course content, lessons, and features to keep the material current.

3. Free Resources and Email

We offer free materials such as checklists and guides in exchange for your email address. When you request a free resource, you are also opting in to receive educational and promotional emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Free resources are provided for personal use only.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor; we do not store your full card details. You are responsible for any applicable taxes. We may change our prices at any time, but changes will not affect purchases already completed.

5. Refunds

Our paid course is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your purchase date at info@towproacademy.com and we will refund your purchase in full. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and course access ends when a refund is processed.

6. Intellectual Property

All videos, text, images, checklists, downloads, and other materials on this site are owned by TowPro Academy or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may not copy, record, resell, redistribute, publicly display, or share your account access with others. You may download and print materials that we make available for download for your own personal, non-commercial use.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site. This includes not attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, not scraping or bulk-downloading content, not interfering with the operation of the site, not uploading malicious code, and not using our materials to create a competing course or product.

8. Educational Content Disclaimer

Our content is educational and general in nature. Towing involves real physical risk. Our courses, checklists, and guides are not a substitute for your vehicle and trailer manufacturer’s instructions, professional instruction, a required license or endorsement, or applicable local, state, and federal law. You are solely responsible for operating your vehicle safely and legally, for verifying weight ratings and equipment requirements for your specific setup, and for complying with the rules in your jurisdiction. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, result, or level of skill.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and all materials are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TowPro Academy and its owner will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, property, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the site or our materials. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
